Gourmet Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. wide noodles, cooked
1/4 c. sliced green olives
1 can milk
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 lb. ground lean beef
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 c. chow mein noodles
Preparation

Cook the noodles.
Brown onions in margarine, then saute ground beef.
Make 1 layer of noodles, then the meat, parsley, almonds, cheese and repeat the layers again.
Cover top with chow mein noodles.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 12. Especially good for church.
