Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. sugar
5 tsp. flour
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Grease casserole dish.
Drain pineapple.
Put pineapple in bottom of dish.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 5 teaspoons flour together and put on top of pineapple, then put grated cheese on top of that. Crush Ritz crackers and put 3/4 cup on top of cheese.
Melt butter and pour over Ritz crackers.
Pour pineapple juice on top of this. Sprinkle rest of Ritz crackers on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
