Butter Browned Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large potatoes
1/4 c. butter, melted
salt and pepper

Preparation

Peel potatoes; cut each into 6 slices; dry.
Coat in butter on cookie sheet.
Add salt and pepper.
Bake covered at 350\u00b0 in single layer 20 minutes.
Uncover, baste and bake 30 minutes more.
