Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 to 1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. uncooked wild rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. uncooked white rice
    1 can chow mein rice noodles
    cashew nuts (optional)
    mandarin orange slices (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and onion in a 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain well.
    Add celery, soy sauce, soup, water and rice; mix well.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 9 x 13-inch pan or small roasting pan for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Five minutes before removing casserole from oven, top with rice noodles (and, if desired, cashew nuts and mandarin orange slices).
