Green Pepper Deer Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. venison, cubed
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, chopped
    1 jar chili sauce
    1 sauce jar water
Preparation
    Place venison in baking dish; add salt and pepper.
    Cover venison with green peppers, celery and onion.
    Cover this with chili sauce and water.
    Bake covered for 2 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0. Serve on a bed of rice.
    Serves 4.
