Hawaiian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. coconut
    4 well beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine pineapple and coconut.
    Add eggs and sugar; mix well. Sift flour with soda and salt and add to pineapple mixture.
    Mix until well blended.
    Pour into 2 greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
