Clam Casino Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans minced clams
    3 stalks celery
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    11 slices bacon
    1 stick butter
    1 stack Ritz crackers plus 6 more
Preparation
    Drain clams; reserve liquid.
    Chop very fine the celery, onion and pepper.
    Cook bacon until crisp; put on paper towel to cool, then crumble.
    Crush Ritz crackers.
    Mix clams with 1/2 liquid and remaining ingredients.
    Place in buttered casserole and bake until light brown and bubbly.
    Serve with crackers.
