Gourmet Seafood Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. imitation crab
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat
2 c. macaroni pasta, cooked
1/2 c. pimentos, diced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. (plus) mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt or to taste
1/4 tsp. pepper or to taste
chopped parsley
Preparation

Mix
the
first
6
ingredients
in a large bowl.
Stir vinegar,
mayonnaise, salt and pepper until smooth.
Pour over crab
and vegetables.
Stir until well mixed.
Chill;
garnish with chopped parsley and serve on lettuce leaves.
Great for a summer night's dinner, too.
