Demcko'S Official Speidies Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cooking or regular red wine
2 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. chives (fresh or dried)
1/8 to 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
lots of salt and pepper
1 tsp. mint sauce

Preparation

Speidies are meat cubes which are marinated in this sauce, then grilled on skewers.
