Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 can crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, set out for a few minutes
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    lettuce
    any fresh vegetables
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 355\u00b0.
    Cook dough 8 to 10 minutes.
    After it is done, chill dough in refrigerator.
    Put mixture of cream cheese and Ranch dressing on dough.
    Put lettuce on first then chopped vegetables.
    Includes tomatoes.
