Everyday Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. sage
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    In bowl combine first 8 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add meat and mix well.
    In 9-inch glass pie plate, shape meat mixture into a ring about 1-inch high around a small juice glass.
    Cover and microcook until meat is done, about 12 to 13 minutes.
    Remove juice glass.
    Let meat loaf stand about 5 minutes before removing to serving plate.
