Cold Cucumber Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium cucumbers, peeled and seeded
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Chablis wine
1 c. cold chicken stock
1/2 tsp. garlic oil
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of chopped fresh mint
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in Cuisinart and puree until smooth. Check seasoning; serve.
