Homemade Banana Ice Cream(Without The Churn) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cold Carnation milk
    4 large or 6 small bananas
    sugar to taste (approximately 1 c.)
    lemon juice to taste (approximately 1/4 c.)
Preparation
    Whip milk until firmly stiff.
    Add mashed bananas.
    Sweeten with sugar to taste.
    Add lemon juice to taste to cut sweetness. Put in freezer cartons and let freeze.
    After frozen, take out, break up in large bowl, then whip until soft and smooth.
    Return to cartons and freeze.
    (Makes a little more than 1 quart.)
