Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 quart water
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups milk
2 small pkgs white gravy mix
1 (12 oz) box frozen, chopped broccoli
1 Tbsp chicken base (bouillon)
4 Tbsp butter
2 cups cheese, shredded
Preparation

Bring water, onion, base and broccoli to boil.
Mix gravy with enough of the milk to mix according to the package.
Add gravy mix to water mixture.
Add gravy until desired thickness is achieved. Add cheese to mixture and stir.
Heat until cheese is melted.
