Crab And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium steamed crabs
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1/4 c. olives
    1/4 c. capers
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    3 tsp. tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1 sprig of thyme, minced
    1 sprig parsley, minced
Preparation
    Open and clean crabs.
    Rinse off excess seasoning to remove salt.
    Place all vegetables and seasonings in a frying pan with the butter.
    Saute for 5 minutes.
    Add tomato paste; allow to penetrate seasoning for about 5 minutes.
    Add crabs and water. Cook for 25 minutes.
    Add rice.
    Cook on top of stove or bake in oven (350\u00b0) until rice is tender.
