Sweet And Sour Broccoli(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb. broccoli, cut in 2-inch lengths
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. peanut oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons oil, then add garlic.
    Saute 30 seconds.
    Add broccoli and water.
    Cover and cook 2 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Add 1 teaspoon oil and saute or stir-fry about 30 seconds.
    Mix sugar with the vinegar and add to pot, tossing thoroughly with broccoli.
    Season to taste.
