Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 deep 9-inch pie shell (unbaked)

Preparation

Beat together sugar and eggs.
Add potatoes, vanilla extract and melted butter.
Mix, then add milk.
Cook in unbaked pie shell for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
