Turkey Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 c. diced, cooked turkey
    2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    dash of pepper
    2/3 c. (small can) undiluted evaporated milk
Preparation
    Put butter, mushrooms and onion into a 2-quart casserole. Cook, uncovered, about 4 minutes at High or until mushrooms are tender.
    Stir after 1 minute.
    Then put turkey, potatoes, parsley, seasoned salt and pepper into casserole.
    Add evaporated milk gradually, stirring gently.
    Heat mixture, uncovered, about 5 minutes on High; stir once during heating.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
