Crisp Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
2 or 3 small green onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. frozen Bel-Air peas
salt to taste
1 or 2 cans water chestnuts, sliced
Hellmann's mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Put in layers in a bowl.
For first layer, use part of lettuce, onions, celery and chestnuts.
For second layer, sprinkle with peas, salt, celery, onions and cheese.
For third layer, use lettuce.
For fourth layer, seal top with mayonnaise; sprinkle with cheese.
