Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 oz. hash browns (frozen)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 stick margarine
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped onions
crackers or corn flakes, crumbled on top
3/4 stick margarine
Preparation
-
Mix first 7 ingredients together and put into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place crackers or corn flakes, crumbled on top.
Melt or slice margarine and put on top of crackers or corn flakes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
