Diabetic Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. raisins
    3 level Tbsp. cornstarch
    water
    vanilla
    1 Tbsp. diet butter
    2 c. milk (skim or 2%)
    3 to 4 packets Weight Watchers sweetener
    egg yolk
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Put raisins in boiling water.
    Drain.
    Set aside.
    Warm on low heat milk.
    Add cornstarch that has been mixed with a little water.
    Beat up an egg yolk in this mixture.
    Pour slowly into milk; add vanilla, salt, butter and sweetener.
    Cook on low heat until thick and bubbly.
    Add raisins and pour into a cooled pie shell.
    Top with your favorite meringue.
