Macaroon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 saltines, crushed
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 tsp. water
3 egg whites
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add other ingredients and fold in until well mixed.
Place in buttered 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Garnish with whipped cream.
