Stuffed Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    4 strips bacon
    2 cloves garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts between 2 pieces of plastic wrap until very thin.
    Set aside in refrigerator.
    To make filling, thaw spinach; squeeze dry and chop bacon and garlic.
    Fry bacon; pour off most all fat.
    Add spinach and garlic; saute 2 to 3 minutes. Cool until it can be handled.
    To assemble, place 1/4 of filling mix in center of each chicken breast.
    Roll up and tuck ends under.
    Roll in the bread crumbs to which you have added the cheese and oregano.
    Put in a baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve over pasta or rice.
    Can be served plain or with a mild tomato sauce or a light cream sauce.
