German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. small white potatoes
    1 c. beef bouillon (2 cubes)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 medium chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skin.
    When done, cool, peel and slice thin. Combine bouillon, oil, vinegar, onion, salt and pepper.
    Stir into potatoes gently.
    Liquid will be absorbed.
