Smothered Hamburger Steak Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
2 cans cream of chicken soup
crackers
garlic salt
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. water
1 c. flour
1 egg
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Mix hamburger, Lipton onion soup mix, egg, 1 tablespoon of cream of chicken soup and crackers until patty mixture.
Make patties, they will be real soft.
Pat in flour.
Fry in hot oil until brown.
Heat cream of soups and water together and put 1/2 of mixture in bottom of baking pan.
Add patties.
Pour rest of soup mixture over patties.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until patties are done.
