Baked Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
1 c. half and half
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. ham or sausage
1 Tbsp. onions
2 Tbsp. melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat well.
Pour into oiled 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until mixture is set and top is golden, about 45 minutes.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
