Spiced Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, halved
    1 tsp. pickling spice
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into flowerets.
    Combine salt, garlic, pickling spice, lemon juice and water in a medium saucepan.
    Add cauliflower and cook, uncovered, 5 minutes, until barely crisp-tender.
    Chill.
    Combine mayonnaise and pickle.
    Place drained cauliflower on lettuce leaves and top with dressing. Serves 4.
