Scalloped Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. canned crab
4 oz. chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. finely chopped green peppers
1/4 c. finely shredded cheese
lemon slices
paprika
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. white sauce
1 Tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper or less
1/2 c. finely crushed saltines
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
Preparation

In one bowl, mix white sauce, catsup, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. In 2nd bowl, crab, mushrooms, peppers, cheese and crackers. Combine both bowls and pour in casserole dish. Sprinkle paprika and cut pieces of margarine across top of casserole. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
