Apple Oat Krunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. warm water (120~ to 130~)
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    3 large eggs
    1 c. quick oats
    3 c. peeled apples
Preparation
    Stir together 1 cup flour, sugar, yeast, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add the water and butter and beat at medium speed about 2 minutes.
    Add eggs and another cup of flour.
    Beat for 2 minutes. Stir in remaining flour and oats.
    Spoon batter into two well-greased 9-inch cake pans.
    Cover; let rise until double in size.
    Arrange apple slices on top of batter.
    Sprinkle with streusel.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
