Italian Noodle Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. noodles
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, cut up
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up and drained
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
3/4 to 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Prepare egg noodles according to package.
In a large skillet, combine sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic.
Cook until sausage is no longer pink.
Drain and stir in rest of ingredients, except cheese.
