Chicken And Green Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. chicken or hen
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
1 c. mushrooms
1 (10 oz.) pkg. green noodles
1 tsp. salt
1 c. bell pepper
2 cans mushroom soup
1 small bottle olives, sliced
Preparation

Boil chicken; cut in bite size pieces.
Save chicken stock. Saute onion, celery and pepper in oil.
Blend in cheese and soup. Add mushrooms and olives.
Boil noodles in chicken stock and let them soak up the stock.
Blend all ingredients and heat to serve.
