Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. diced apples
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar; add well beaten eggs, add flour and cinnamon. Stir in apples, raisins and pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
