Microwave Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large mushrooms
    stems from mushrooms, finely chopped
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. chopped cooked ham or bacon
Preparation
    For each of the following stuffings, use 12 large fresh mushrooms (2-inches in diameter).
    Wash mushrooms well; remove stems and reserve them; dry.
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole, place chopped stems and onion; cover.
    Microwave at High 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
    To hot mixture, add cream cheese, mashing and mixing well.
    Stir in ham and bacon.
    On a microwave-safe plate, arrange caps in a circle; microwave at High 3 to 4 minutes, rotating plate 1/2 turn after 2 minutes.
    Divide stuffing evenly among caps and mound slightly.
