Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 Vidalia onions
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 pie crust
    salt/pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute sliced onions in butter.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Mix egg, cottage cheese, flour in mixing bowl.
    Combine onions and cheese mixture.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until browned on top.
