Mavis' Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 butter cake mix
1 stick margarine, melted
3 to 4 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix melted margarine and mashed bananas together.
Add cake mix and eggs; mix well.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans or greased muffin pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0.
Yields 2 loaves or 18 to 20 muffins.
