Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. blueberries
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Turn on electric mixer at low speed.
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until well blended. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
    Mix well. Fold in blueberries. Grease muffin tins or use cupcake papers. Fill tins about 3/4 full and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Let cool for 30 minutes before serving. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
