Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    dash of salt
    salt and pepper (for seasoning)
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and place them in a kettle.
    Add cold water and a dash of salt.
    Cook until fork tender.
    Drain.
    Put the potatoes back in the empty pot and hold over the flame for a minute or two until the skins burst.
    Peel while hot.
    Chill and then chop fine.
    Season with salt and pepper.
