Italian Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can condensed minestrone soup
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    hamburger buns
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add onion, soup, catsup, water and oregano.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Spread mixture on split toasted buns.
    Top with cheese.
    Broil until cheese melts.
    Serve with tossed salad.
