Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. cooked, cut up prunes
    1 c. pecans or other nuts
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cloves
    salt
Preparation
    Fold in egg whites last.
    Bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
