Miniature Ham Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    3 cans deviled ham
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. onion salt
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Heat water and margarine to rolling boil in 3-quart saucepan. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute.
    Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, all at once, until smooth and glossy.
    Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake until golden brown, puffed and dry, about 25 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Blend ham, sour cream and salt.
    Just before serving, cut off puffs with sharp knife. Fill each puff with a teaspoon of ham mixture.
    Makes 5 to 6 dozen appetizers.
