Crabmeat Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 c. small crab pieces
    1 c. mayonnaise
    toasted bread rounds
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold in mayonnaise and crab. Season to taste and put on bread rounds.
    Broil for about 3 minutes until puffy and brown.
    Serve immediately.
