Citrus Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp. finely shredded orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. finely shredded
lemon peel
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation

In mixing bowl, thoroughly stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
Combine egg, orange peel and juice, lemon peel and juice and cooking oil.
Add egg mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fold in nuts. Turn batter into greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
Wrap in foil and store overnight before slicing. Makes 1 loaf.
