Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boned chicken breast per person
fresh garlic, crushed and chopped
butter
Italian bread crumbs
egg, well beaten
Preparation

Make a pocket in the breast and insert some garlic and a pat of butter.
Dip in egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
Place in well-buttered baking dish and put additional butter on each breast.
(Can be melted on pats of butter.) Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until tender and brown.
Serve with rice and green vegetable.
