Foxglove Pineapple Sour Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) pie shell
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    20 oz. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. water
    4 egg yolks
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch.
    Add sour cream and lemon juice and mix until smooth.
    Cook all ingredients, except yolks, until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add yolks and cook 1 minute more. Pour into prebaked 10-inch deep pie shell.
    Cover and cool.
