Peach Crumble Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. corn syrup
4 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. enriched flour
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
9-inch pie crust
Preparation

Blend 1/2 cup
sugar,
cornstarch, salt, water and corn syrup. Blend well.
Add
to
peaches.
Bring to boil.
Cook 1 minute. Cool.
Add\t1
tablespoon
lemon
juice.
Pour
into pastry shell. Sift together sugar and flour;
cut in oleo and lemon rind for topping.
Sprinkle\tover top of pie.
Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven 30 to 40 minutes.
