Lynne'S Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 to 1/2 c. oil
3 large onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 to 4 celery ribs, chopped
5 to 6 garlic cloves, chopped
2 lb. sausage, sliced
2 to 3 lb. shrimp or chicken
3 c. uncooked rice
5 c. chicken stock
2 Tbsp. salt
1 can Ro-Tel
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. paprika
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. each: thyme, basil and oregano
Preparation

Saute in oil the onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic.
Add sliced sausage, fresh shrimp or diced raw chicken and the remaining ingredients; simmer until rice and chicken are cooked.
