Buttermilk Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed until well blended.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Combine flour, soda and salt. Add to mixture; alternate with buttermilk (beginning and ending with flour mixture).
    Stir in flavorings.
    Pour batter into a greased 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
