Jalapeno Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. long grain rice
    2 small chopped onions
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3 medium, chopped and seeded jalapeno peppers
    1/2 c. oil
    4 c. boiling water with 4 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in it
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Fry, but do not brown, the rice in oil.
    Add onions and saute. Add peppers and grated cheese together with water and cubes.
    Cut up the margarine over mixture; simmer for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
