Huntington Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. hen or 2 fryers
    1 lb. cream cheese, diced
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cream
    2 c. shell macaroni
    4 c. broth
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Stew chicken and season to taste. Cook macaroni in saltwater and drain. Thicken chicken broth with flour. Mix chicken, macaroni, cheese and broth together and put in greased 9 x 13 casserole. Brown crumbs in butter; add cream and mix. Spread on top. Brown in 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Serves 12 to 15.
