Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. orange juice
    3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
    1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (1 c.)
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    6 marshmallows, cut in halves
Preparation
    Add 3 tablespoons butter, salt and orange juice to sweet potatoes.
    Beat until light.
    Fold in pineapple.
    Spoon potato mixture into a 1-quart casserole.
    Dot with 1 tablespoon butter. Put marshmallows on top.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 until marshmallows are puffed and browned.
    Makes 6 servings.
